- Outdoor fabric should be cleaned using a sponge and mild detergent then air dried.
- TableTopper™s can be machine washed sparingly using cold water, gentle cycle, then air dried.
For the perfect square tablecloth fit, measure your table's width from one edge to the opposite edge. Our fitted tablecloths allow for a 2" table lip, ensuring a snug fit that accommodates standard table overhangs.
For example, if your tabletop measures 35"×35" and has a 2" lip, simply order the 35" size – we've already factored in that extra space for you. If your table lip happens to be over 2”, just let us know when you order and we’ll factor it in before we start sewing!
Note: Tables larger than 50" width will have visible seams on the top of the tablecloth.
All Fresko Decor products are made to order and are shipped within 7 to 10 days after order is placed. Tracking info is provided once the shipment has been shipped out by our fulfillment center.
Custom-Made Products
All of our tablecloths, pillow covers, placemats, and coasters are handcrafted to order using premium outdoor fabrics. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Describe the issue in detail
We will promptly review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. In certain circumstances, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
As each item is made to order:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted
- Changes to pattern, size, or specifications cannot be made after the 24-hour window
